Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your SaunaSack must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and included cooling pack. For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned. We recommend trying the brief on over underwear when checking the fit.

To request a return, email saunasack@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
